Legal / Cobblo: Bristol Stool & Poop Log
Terms of use.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Cobblo. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
Cobblo is a personal log for recording bowel movements, with a calm pebble companion, patterns, and exports. It is not a medical device. Cobblo does not give medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. For health concerns, talk to a doctor. Reminders depend on your device and settings and may not always arrive on time.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use Cobblo only if legally able to agree to these Terms and in compliance with applicable law. You must not use the App unlawfully, harm another person, interfere with or reverse engineer it, gain unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the entries and notes you add. Cobblo stores them only on your device and has no cloud sync, so deleting the App or its data removes your log. Exports are yours to share at your own discretion.
4. Cobblo Pro
Cobblo is free to use. Cobblo Pro unlocks extra features such as insights, unlimited history and a PDF to share with your doctor. It may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription, which may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as a one-time purchase. Prices and any free trial terms are shown in the App before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple ID.
A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, you are charged for the first period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Use “Restore purchases” to get Pro back on a new device signed in to the same Apple ID. Apple’s standard end user license agreement for apps also applies alongside these Terms.
5. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. The App, its design, artwork, software, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of onething.tools or its licensors.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Cobblo. We do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobblo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing limits a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, onething.tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data, arising from the App. Total liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App during the 12 months before the event, or US$0 if you paid nothing. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Cobblo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or when required by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Nothing removes protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.
