This Privacy Policy explains how onething.tools (“Orbido,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Orbido: Peptide Tracker mobile application (the “App”).

2. Information Orbido handles

Information you enter

Orbido is a personal log and reminder tool. It keeps the entries you create (compound, amount, unit, injection site, notes, and time), your schedules, your weight log, and your preferences. Some of this may be health-related.

This information is stored locally on your device in the App’s database (SQLite). Orbido does not require an account or sign-up, has no server of our own, and does not send your entries, schedules, notes, or weight log to us. We run no analytics, show no ads, and do not track you.

Notifications

If you allow it, Orbido schedules local reminders on your device. They are not sent through a server and do not show compound names.

Web version: optional reliable reminders

If you use the web version of Orbido (added to your Home Screen) and turn on “Reliable reminders”, your browser gives us a push address for this device and Orbido sends us the times of your upcoming reminders. Our server (onething.tools) uses them only to wake Orbido at those times through Apple’s, Google’s, or Mozilla’s push service. The push contains no text; Orbido shows its usual generic reminder. We never receive your compounds, doses, sites, notes, or weight log. The setting is off by default; turning it off, or turning reminders off, deletes the push address and times from our server. In the web version, your data is stored in your browser’s storage (IndexedDB) on your device.

Export and links

CSV export happens only when you tap Export. The file goes through the iOS share sheet to whatever destination you choose, and we do not receive it. External links open in an in-app browser (Safari view); those websites have their own privacy policies.

Purchases

Orbido Pro is bought through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple processes the payment and does not share your payment details with us. To tell whether Pro is active, Orbido uses RevenueCat, a third-party purchase-management service. RevenueCat processes your purchase and subscription status using an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history and receipts, and basic technical information such as device model, OS and app version, and IP address. It does not receive your name, email, or any health data you log. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain Orbido; save your entries, schedules, and preferences on your device; schedule local reminders; confirm whether Orbido Pro is active and restore purchases; and respond to support requests.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information and do not receive the information stored in the App. We may disclose limited information you send us directly, such as a support email, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Orbido, users, or others.

5. Retention and deletion

Your information remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove everything in the App under Settings > Delete all data, or by uninstalling the App. Device backups, such as iCloud, may include App data according to your iOS settings. Contact [email protected] with any questions.

6. Your choices and rights

You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings, delete your data in the App, and contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other rights under local law. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

Orbido is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information, and the App does not send information to us.

8. Security

Local data is protected by your device and operating system. No storage method is completely secure; keep your device credentials secure.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Orbido or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new “Last updated” date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
