Terms of use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Orbido: Peptide Tracker. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Orbido is a personal log and reminder tool for peptide and injection routines: entries, schedules, injection site rotation, a weight log, and local reminders.

2. Not medical advice

Orbido is not medical advice and does not recommend doses. Follow your prescriber or healthcare professional. Orbido is not for emergencies; in an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Reminders depend on your device and settings and may not always arrive on time.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use Orbido only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for the legality, in your jurisdiction, of any substances you log. You must not use the App unlawfully, interfere with or reverse engineer it, gain unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.

4. Your content

You retain responsibility for the entries and notes you create. Because Orbido stores content locally and has no account or cloud sync of its own, deleting the App or its data removes your history.

5. Orbido Pro

Orbido Pro is optional. It is offered as auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions, where the yearly plan may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers, and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy and are charged to your Apple ID.

A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, you are charged for the first period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s standard end user license agreement for apps also applies.

6. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. The App, its design, artwork, software, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of onething.tools or its licensors.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Orbido. We do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbido is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing limits a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, onething.tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data, arising from the App. Total liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App during the 12 months before the event, or €0 if you paid nothing. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Orbido at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or when required by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Nothing removes protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.
