Terms of use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Pebblet. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Pebblet is a task jar that suggests one task that fits your free time, using your tasks and, if you allow it, your calendar. It is a personal productivity tool, not medical, psychological, or professional advice. Free-time estimates depend on your calendar data, and reminders depend on your device and settings and may not always be accurate or arrive on time.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use Pebblet only if legally able to agree to these Terms and in compliance with applicable law. You must not use the App unlawfully, harm another person, interfere with or reverse engineer it, gain unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.

3. Your content

You retain responsibility for the tasks and other content you enter. Because Pebblet stores content locally and does not provide cloud sync, deleting the App or its data removes your tasks and history.

4. Pebblet Plus

Pebblet is free to use. Pebblet Plus unlocks extra jars and features. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price is shown in the App before you buy and is charged to your Apple ID.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Use “Restore purchases” in the App to get Plus back on a new device signed in to the same Apple ID. Apple’s standard end user license agreement for apps also applies.

5. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. The App, its design, artwork, software, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of onething.tools or its licensors.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Pebblet. We do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or preserve every setting.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebblet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing limits a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, onething.tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data, arising from the App. Total liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App during the 12 months before the event, or €0 if you paid nothing. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Pebblet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or when required by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Nothing removes protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.
