They use a free calculator on onething.tools for concrete, gravel, blocks or tile, then ask for a quote with their measurements, ZIP code and timeline.

You see it in your feed
The job shows up with its size, location and time left. Contact details stay hidden until you unlock, and jobs in your service area come first.

You unlock and reply
Unlock the job to get the homeowner’s name, email and phone number if they gave one. Then write or call. Only two contractors can unlock each job.

What contractors ask first.
Where do Halfton leads come from?
From homeowners who use the free concrete, gravel, concrete block and tile calculators on onething.tools and then choose to request a quote. They send their measurements, ZIP or postal code and when they want the work done.
How many contractors get each lead?
No more than two. Once two contractors have unlocked a job, or after seven days, it leaves the feed for everyone else.
What do I get when I unlock a lead?
The homeowner’s name and email, their phone number if they gave one, the job details and their message. You also get a place to keep notes and mark the job as new, contacted, won or lost.
Will I win every job I unlock?
No. We pass on requests from homeowners who asked for a quote, but we cannot promise that they reply or hire you. Quote quickly and politely: that is what the first-to-reply advantage is for.
Which areas does Halfton cover?
US ZIP codes and Canadian postal codes. You add the ZIP codes or short prefixes you serve, and the feed shows those jobs first.
What does it cost and can I cancel?
Halfton is in early access and nothing is charged today. We will tell you the monthly price before you pay anything, and you will be able to cancel at any time.
