Visual Pomodoro Timer: privacy policy

This policy covers the Visual Pomodoro Timer Chrome extension by onething.tools. The extension does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data, and it makes no network requests.

What is stored on your device

The extension saves only your timer settings (focus, break and long-break lengths, auto-start and sound options) and the current timer state (phase, round and end time). This is kept on your device with Chrome's local extension storage, is never sent anywhere, and is removed when you uninstall the extension.

Permissions

Alarms keep the timer running when the popup is closed, notifications tell you when a phase ends, storage saves the settings above, and an offscreen document plays a short chime. The extension has no access to the websites you visit.

Link to onething.tools

The popup contains one link to onething.tools/tools/pomodoro-timer/. It opens in a new tab only when you click it; the website is covered by the onething.tools privacy policy.
